The Dr. Comfort® William X is a double depth casual shoe that’s built a ¼ inch deeper, which is perfect to accommodate extra volume for severe oedema, internal braces, and AFOs. Designed with full-grain leather combined with a contact closure and high-quality features, the William X delivers security, style and class for anyone with diabetes or other foot health concerns.
Gel insoles come standard in Dr. Comfort shoes® which provide comfort and stability, shock absorption and additional support for individuals with medical conditions like arthritis and diabetes.
Gel Insoles can also be removed to accomodate your own orthotics.

Product Care:If your shoes are dirty, we suggest that you first clean them with a damp cloth. Use a cleaning and conditioning crème for the leather shoes. Simply apply the crème with a clean dry cloth and work it into the leather. Buff or brush out to provide a fresh finish. If needed, a colored shoe crème may also be used.
